The full value of an unopened, non perishable product will be refunded within 30 days of purchase date when accompanied by both the receipt and the product.
Unopened items unaccompanied by a receipt will be issued store credit on a case-by-case basis. If the item(s) is over $25 it will be subject to a restocking fee.
No exchanges or refunds will be given after 30 days from purchase date.
If the purpose of the return relates to the quality of a product we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly as they will be the experts on their own products. Issues pertaining to quality will be addressed on an individual basis.
All clearance items are final sale only and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If there are problems relating to quality (eg. going bad before expiry date) we will provide a full refund when accompanied by both the receipt and product up to 1 week after purchase date.
We will not accept any returns at any time for bulk products (herbs, flours, etc.), refrigerated supplements, or frozen items.
We fully guarantee our in house products and appreciate all customer feedback. If you are unsatisfied with any of our fresh baked products or have product quality concerns, we will provide a full refund or exchange within 3 days of purchase date, the only exception to which will be products which are reduced. All reduced bakery products will be considered inelegable for refund. Please bring the both the item and your receipt with you!
