Ingredients: walnuts, raw cacao powder, almond flour, cashews, maple syrup, coconut oil, agave nectar, vanilla
The chocolate mousse layer cake is gluten free, vegan, and comprised of mostly raw ingredients (maple syrup and vanilla as the exceptions). This can be purchased by the piece in store (call for availability!) or can be ordered for special events.

Thank you so much for this unbelievably yummy treat!!! I also wish I could eat more!!! I was a little distressed to find out my recent list of food intolerances was going to restrict me from a world of bakery delights but no…here it was waiting in the glass display case…calling me…with mostly raw ingredients that I could eat…and then the taste! Heavenly and filling!! Actually I only had half…Can I come bake with you in your bakery someday???
